Yes, you can cancel or change your subscription anytime. You have the flexibility to switch between the tiers or stop your subscription whenever you want. To do so, you need to log in to your online landlord portal and go to the section “My Subscription”.

There you will see the option to cancel or change your subscription. You will also receive an email confirmation of your cancellation or change.

Please note that if you cancel or change your subscription in the middle of a billing cycle, you will still be charged for the full month. Your cancellation or change will take effect from the next billing cycle.

To reset your password, you need to follow these steps:

Go to the website and click on the “Forgot Password” link under the login form. Enter your email address and click on the “Send Reset Link” button.

Check your email inbox for a message from us with a link to reset your password. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Click on the link in the email and enter a new password. Make sure it is strong and secure, and
different from your previous password.

Confirm your new password and click on the “Reset Password” button.

You will see a confirmation message that your password has been changed successfully.

You can now log in to your online landlord portal with your new password.
